Beyond designs, and the "change is stupid" crowd here, this game is shaping up to be the best Gamefreak product ever.

the school of fish pokemon is such a horrible design. it's not a school of fish at all. it looks like someone squished a bunch of fish-shaped fish sticks together to make a big fish. the idea was executed so poorly.

Maybe the Gen with the best good design/bad design ratio, though this is completely subjective.
I don't like Stufful, but the rest is a solid 7.5/10 minimum.
On average I'd say 8/10
