shitty all or nothing design instead of focusing on which pokemon to boost up. It ends up overleveling your party and the game isn't balanced around it properly. Getting 350% net EXP per battle without even needing to use all but one of your pokemon is fucking ridiculous.

Gen 5 already has a nearly perfect EXP system; there was no need to change it.

There's no practical reason for ever needing to grind to lv100.
