For those of you looking forward to the Chinks datamining everything, why? For me, a lot of the fun of a new Pokemon game is getting to discover everything in the region and just explore and play without knowing what's ahead.

Ever since XY they've been spoiling the fuck out of the games officially anyway. If you want to avoid info you shouldn't be on any pokemon related website to begin with. The datamine should change nothing for you.

I like knowing the dex ahead of time to plan out teams.

I don't like knowing story, post-game, region layout (well in-detail, a general map is fine), special features, etc.

I'd rather play the game multiple times to get to use everyone rather than have a revolving door/loose set of 6, since the champion room feels special and honors the 6 that made it.

I just want to know the starter final evos and version exclusives.
I know that i can trade on the gts for the version exclusive i want but i don't want to deal with potentially bad ability, nature, moveset, etc.

For me the fun of playing a video game is actually playing it and experiencing it for myself. Knowing what's in the game doesn't change any of that.

I never understood the concept of "spoilers" in games and movies. I read entire articles about shows I watch and then I go watch the show to appreciate in the original form.
