If you acknowledge that Bruxish's tacky color scheme and cartoonish lips were given to it with total awareness of how gaudy it looks, then by all means, hate away.
Though I'll disagree that it looks "bad". It executes its design exactly the way it's supposed to. A bad design would be one that fails to do so. It's ugly, sure, but I wouldn't use the word "bad".
