Then there's a concept called an Ultra Beast, which is neither human nor Pokemon, and one has a very strong resemblance to a human character they introduced early on, suggesting that this character either becomes the Ultra Beast, IS the Ultra Beast, or she's a mix or hybrid, or whatever. There is definitely some connection there. The description for the Ultra Beast says something about how its movements are similar to that of a little girl or something, which could also reference this character.
