So are they slowing down on the new Pokemon reveals because of dex size? Or are they learning their lesson from Gen 6?

I personally would be fine if the just deliver the Rockruff evolution this month, second evolutions of the starters in October's Corocoro, maybe a few pokemon to fill in the evolutionary lines we have seen and then stop there.

I really wish they didn't reveal anything about Ultra Beasts or the Aether Foundation.

I don't mind seeing new mons because it helps me decide who to pick for my team, but story elements just give away how the game plays out.

Yes but the August 1st info dump included Z-Moves, trials, Alola forms, AND like 6 new Pokemon. Maybe its because some more will be included in Corocoro
