No, they're just Ultra Beasts that have supposedly torn through time and space if you're going by the japanese trailer.

Anyway compare any of those to UB-01 and you'll see what I mean by not resembling a Pokemon. Again, especially since it lacks any kind of facial feature, no core, dots, ears or anything just a floating mass of tentacles and a dome.
