As much as I wanted Pokemon Z to happen it didn't. I'm very happy to see SM and so far all the content shown looks amazing.
This might be a rant idk, I just want to relief myself from this.
However, I'm honestly disappointed how Zygarde's Complete Forme is being handled. I personally hyped myself for how the Complete Forme would be like after the first CoroCoro leak from soon to be a year ago soon. ¨
Don't get me wrong, the Lore and ingame mechanics fits Zygarde well, but when you realize its ability basically is just a buffed up Zen Mode and it doesn't even get another ability in its Complete Forme. It being a battle transformation is to be honest saddening and ironically fits the lore, that it'll only achieve its Complete Forme if the cores deems it so...
And to add more injury to insult - the Complete Forme's ability is still Power Construct, it doesn't even change to Aura Break to balance out Xerneas or Yveltal's powers.
I'm guessing that you'll get the choice to change the 10% and 50% Formes at will with no problems, much like how Deoxys can change Formes at will by interacting with meteorites. The Zygarde Cube given from Sycamore's companions in the game might be the key to this, you'll probably be able to adjust how many cells there are in Zygarde so that you'll be able to change between the 10% and 50% Formes. I'm guessing that the 10% Forme will also have 600 BST like the 50% Forme, the stats will be reversed in some ways. I'd honestly loved to see Zygarde be required to hold a specific item to remain in its Complete Forme, much like Giratina in its Origin Forme or by all means, be similar to Deoxys and change Forme by interacting with something. Sure, there are still somethings we don't know about Zygarde yet, like the 10%'s BST, the Complete Forme's BST and its role in Sun & Moon and if it shares any relationship with Solgaleo, Lunala, Marshadow and now the recently revealed Ultra Beasts.
