It doesn't feel like any of the other non-Poke encounters in the sense that its taking center stage of the plot thanks to that JP cutscene trailer. And its especially apparent since there's going to be more than one of these things.
So far it just seems like a Pokemon with another name, but again we'll just have to wait and see. I definitely don't really see it as Lillie though upon second glance. That might be just a red herring.
