Here, I'll explain all the Dex fixes:
Babies move in front of parents (Smoochum, Mime Jr., Elekid, Pichu, Magby, Tyrogue, Mantyke, Bonsly, etc)
Hitmontop is now after Hitmonlee
Evolutions move after pokemon (Tangrowth, Gliscor, Togekiss, Honchcrow, etc move forward)
Nidoran M/F are the same pokemon in the Pokedex. Male and Female have different models, stats and evolution lines.
Same thing with Volbeat and Illumise (same Dex entry, different sexes, and can keep different names) as well as Tauros and Miltank (same deal, all males of this line are Tauros, all females Miltank)
Plusle and Minun can be the same line except merge abilities instead of sexes. Eggs can be male or female, but those with the ability plus are born Plusie, and minus are born Minun. They can be like Basculin or Meowstic different forms have different HAs.
Thats it. Move some stuff around, combine 4 lines. Nothing goes away, all of these changes are present in other Pokemon species (male/female forms, male/female evolutions, form specific abilities) the only reason not to do this is MUH 151
