You see, "Evil People" are hard to find, because not many people ever do something for the sake of Evil. The ones who do have a misconception about Evil and are most likely edgelords.
No, in the minds of the Individual Ego, everyone views themselves as a hero, misunderstood at times, willing to do anything for their own motivation.
I've melt thousands of people in my lifetime, and I can say that I've only really encountered one truly evil person, who understood the weight of his actions, did them regardless; not out of fun or motivation, but for the sake of being evil, and had no limitation to whom his actions affected.
So in a way, you are right. I haven't met a truly evil woman yet. Inversely, you are wrong on the level of presentation. There are certainly women of all colors,creeds, locations and times who are misalinged in their motivation to be deemed neer-do-wells. However that can be said of society in general, if you gaze hard enough as you look over the orchid, you'll be bound to find some rotten apples.
