And in case you're wondering, yes, that guy's Pokemon had no EVs. A Timid Charizard can outspeed a +speed natured Dunsparce, let alone a Weavile. Ntm the greninja somehow not being able to OHKO with Hydro Cannon.

Anything goes is magical sometimes. This battle is literally nothing but hax. Every time I could get a secondary effect or one of his attacks could possibly miss, it did. He didn't throw a fit about it, but he did quit rather abruptly.
