People like him want an echo chamber and they're highly quick to block out any dissent because the victim complex is strong in him or people that have a taste for him are not necessarily purveyors of quality or polished work.
It's perfectly fine if the work is cringeworthy or if the person drawing it is insufferable to some degree but at the end of the day, it's a waste of time and energy being that invested.
Personally, I only get worked up about artists whose potential I can get behind, avoiding those I don't care about. It's just one of those things you'll have to work hard to avoid, like a ponyfication of your favorite character or scat art in your NSFW Pixiv results.
