I mean, if you pull your 3DS out in a business meeting, that's one thing, but why would you need the respect of people you ride public transport with?
I'm not sure if you've ever regularly ridden the bus/subway in a major city, but you'll see some shit that makes a dude playing his 3DS be nothing at all to think about in no time.
