How does this happen? I have so many Pokeballs that I have to dump them to make room to try to get Great and Ultra Balls. And that's after dumping all non-Ultra Potions and most Revives. I'm constantly running out of bag space.

I'm sitting at 230 coins and I don't know what to get. I've been getting incubators to hatch 10km eggs, but all I get recently are 5km ones. My bag is at 500, but I still feel like I could use some more space. I've never upgraded the Pokémon storage, but I've never hit the max, so I don't know if I'd actually need it any time soon.

gym rewards should be updated ffs. a maximum of $1 per day? it's kaput. and it's not like placing 10 mons on 10 gyms is easy, you'd be lucky to hold 3 simultaneously if you live within the city.

3? I'd love to have three. Once I was lucky and got 2. But even now, with less people playing the game, gyms near me still rarely last longer than 15-20 minutes.

take this with a grain of salt but imo, there's a noticeable change in mon cp appearance once you hit levels 15, 20, 23, 25, 27, 30.

and iirc, all wild mon cps are capped at level 30.

Its the worst moveset for Flareon but "worse" is bout 5 damage a second.The good part is its an Eevee so getting another one shouldnt break your back and the Eeveelutions all are moveset RNG resistant

So, really curious here. Do you interact regularly with other people who play? If so, have they gone full retard in traffic? I mean, the guys in my usual hotspot are speeding, advancing red lights, getting pulled by cops in a nearly daily fashion.

I was so pumped when I finally reached 29, but a hundred wild encounters later, I haven't seen anything at a higher level than when I was 28 or even 27...

To make matters worse, I have to be extra careful now about what gyms I take because people could report me because of my high level. That really sucks.

Feels good to be king.

Are any of you the king of your respective towns as well? Too bad it means fuck all and the lazy mystics never help out the gyms i level up for them. It is nice starting little rivalries with the local valor though. We all have this schedule where they own the gyms at night and I'll go take them down again after the bars close.

How can you know you are the best in your area? I'm lvl 24 instinct and so far I've seen 3 with the same level but probably leveled up higher since then.

Also being yellow is suffering. It's hard as fuck to collect coins from gyms since valor and mysticfags appear out of nowhere and kick your mon out of the gym in less than a minute. My record is 20 coins, can't collect more.

Stay strong. I'm 23 and managed to get 30 coinsfor the first time day before yesterday. I saw three gyms being miraculously yellow but after putting mon in second I saw there was a fight inside. Turns out some Mystic was alrweady fighting him. Thankfully he was a nice guy and waited a couple of minutes when I asked him to give me time to collect a third gym. Dark moves. Snorlax with lick will lap them up.

Also ghost and bug moves. Even hypno with shadow ball is good against other hypnos.

There apparently was a Dratini nest downtown by Pier 6 Pavillion, but even so I don't think everyone would just go downtown for pokemon, there's no fucking parking down there. The hell would everyone have done? Take the bus all the way from the fucking county?

And even still, it's been one of the hottest summers on record. I don't think anyone has been wanting to be outside in high-90s low-100s weather.

Being a GO player with a job in construction is a pain in the ass thus far. By the time you get off work you are tired as fuck and it's hot as hell out, and you can't just take a nap and go out later because you have to be up at 5 am to be at work at 6. Hopefully it'll be better once fall rolls around so it'll be more bearable to be out in the afternoon, but even still I don't know where to go since I'm out in the county. Only place that really good for go within a reasonable distance is for hatching eggs and dropping lures, which people do but it really only attracts shitmons.

I wish there was a complete database of nests. Everything I've found seems to be taken from community submitted data and nothing datamined from the servers.

It's not a ban, but a known error that Niantic conveniently refuses to address.

Fuck people that put vape/snorlax/lapras as the weakest defender, I hate training that shit. I only managed to train this one defending with a 1337 Clefable because I had a 1313 Weezing, and only ever had about 1hp left each time.

This is for defence. The AI benefits from slower, harder hitting attacks because it attacks at the same rate no matter what moves it has.

The AI also has double HP than normal, which allows them to generate extra charge attack meter due to gaining meter from taking so much damage. This affects what moves are optimal for defending pokemon, which is usually way different than for attacking pokemon.

Run it's executable file, enter account info and coordinates, then shut it down and set up it's parameters such as walking speed, whether to use incense/lucky eggs for mass evolving, sniping etc., though thid last part is optional, most bots are set to work fine with default settings.

Then you kick back, watch the lines of code (or download a visualizer to see it's movements on a map) and wait for your ban.

I think that happened since the game will automatically look for the first living Pokemon in the initial party order, in this case, it was Cloyster.

As for why there isn't a prompt, well, it would seem Niantic can't do anything well with this game, except copy-paste stuff from Ingress and since that game has much simpler combat, they didn't have much to work with.

The problem isn't the order but simply, the way the game functions now in choosing what comes out, I'm liable to have to waste revives when I can otherwise save a mon at 10% hp- if the mon I'm currently losing dies during a lag-spike.

I think a lot of that depends on the amount of time the match goes on too. Like a Body Slam Snorlax will outdamage a Hyper Beam Snorlax at certain intervals of time and only fall behind after about the third Beam

That's kinda what I mean. The quick charge move mons do a lot of damage early. Most matches go pretty quick and those long charge mons might only get one off, and it's easier to dodge. I hate dealing with seed bomb eggs, more than solar beam eggs.

I'm real salty right now. I opened the app in my dorm and there was an 822 growlithe. I caught it but immediately got an error message and was taken back to the overhead map. This is the first time this has happened to me and I'm so close to getting an arcanine. Anyone know why this happens?

Also a vileplume spawned on my school cafeteria at lunch today. 1496 with solar beam and 86.7% IVs. Pretty happy cause I didn't have one yet.

Well yeah unless that picture is a forgery. My friend got totally cleaned out by a wild Dragonite and the same thing happened to my girlfriend with a Blastoise.

Yes it can get the job done vs Fairies, but the fact is Muk or even the Nidos are way better at that niche for multiple reasons.

Be resourceful and use whatever is currently available to you but don't waste precious stardust on things that will be outclassed by future dex entries. That's my advice.

Also both relevant Fairies run Pound as their optimal primary move so it's going to be taking neutral damage from everything but their charge moves. This applies to Muk and the Nidos as well but at least they have the bulk to take those Pounds while dishing back SE Poison Jabs. Another thing to keep in mind is that Arbok actually does higher DPS with Bite instead of its STAB Poison move so essentially an optimized Arbok will be hitting Fairies for NVE with its charge moves. But if you have one with Acid/Gunk Shot it will be able to get the job done.

Post nest change Dragonite trainer here.

Never even hatched a single Dratini out of a 10k and that's how I got my Dragonite. The Dratini I ended up evolving was 15/11/15 at 605 CP or something, couldn't believe it. High CP and 91% IVs.

Also anyone feel like Wing Attack/Flamethrower Charizard works as a better defender? Attacking Water types get hit for neutral every time. Hits basically everything Ember does besides the random Electric type.
