Art styles change and there have always been Pokemon with bad anatomy.
Anyway I believe they are legitimate for many reasons:
1) Mallow
Despite some people trying to pass her off as a generic Hawaiian girl that is clearly Mallow on the character sheet enjoying her favorite activity on Litten3's stomach and thus it is very unlikely to be fake because it contained an official character in its sheets before anyone knew who she was.
2) Disarming Voice
Opponents of these 3 have said that disarming voice is meaningless since Popplio barks but from what I've seen the Pokemon that learn that move by level up (the same way as Popplio) are either great beauties (Milotic, Gardevior, Florges), feminine (Aromatisse, Audino, Skitty, Sylveon), or neotenously cute designs (Meowstic line, Jigglypuff, Clefairy line). Popplio3 fits under the "great beauties" section of that.
3) Chinese leak
I believe in the Chinese leak which so far has had no incorrect information despite people trying to grasp at straws to find any, the latest being Rockruff supposedly having 2 "evos" but if you read the leak it says that unique Z-crystals can transform some Pokemon (foreshadowed with the box legends) which I believe is Rockruff's big secret and he will be the Pokemon used to promote it in the new series.
My theory on Rockruff
Rockruff > Normal Evolution (based on level) > Werewolf Z-form (Using his Z-crystal he changes form using a moon based move like Snorlax must use Giga Impact to use his Z-move)
4) Riddler Leaks
It has been revealed recently that the riddler has a long history of posting true information on his Tieba thread which has been going on for longer than most people on /vp/ realize and he recently "confirmed" these as real.
