Everyone know about how Type: Null's collar looks like Arceus' ring. and theorized that Type: Null is based on Arceus, but that theory comes with a problem. The helmet is supposed to a restraining device, why would it be based on Arceus? It will make more sense if the ring is part of Type: Null, unless it is so powerful that it need something based on Arceus to restrain it.
Here is my theory. Type: Null does not come after Arceus. Arceus comes after Type: Null. Arceus is AZOTH, the successful version of Type: Null. In the climax of the game, AZOTH will be created and start fucking shit up, maybe Aether is trying to pull an AZ and wishes to use it to resurrect a certain person at the cost of many others. The problem is resolved similar to how the meteor in ORAS is supposed to, by using Infinity Energy to send it away, except it send AZOTH to the beginning of time rather than a parallel universe. And there Arceus is born and "resets" everything, creating the present universe.
It is huge reach though, and I got nothing for the Ultra Beasts. Failed attempts at resurrection, maybe?
