The villain will most likely reach a temporary or permanent state of madness and insanity after trying to impress its love (or achieve its revenge) through rituals regarding knowledge an strength and the eventual awakening of the cover legendary Pokemon.
The region will be based on Eastern Europe, Russia (predominant region and richest in locations)and part of Central Asia, the regional theme and mood features modern cities and life traits but mostly rural villages and nature and lot of folk legends and myth, mostly based on Russian fairytales, a little part of the gym leaders, elites and the champion may be inspired by those or have team ace references. The trials and story development is also a swing between realistic expectations and magic that will affect the strength of mind, body and perseverance. The tests the MC and villain will perform are also based on some of these fairytales. This will open lot of pokemon concepts and species too that aren't strictly Fairy type.
