Guzma is obviously the fake leader. I mean Team Skull is a faction of the larger Aether corporation, which is all Team Skull secretly. He's basically the Pain of Akatsuki. She's pulling all the strings. Guzma is a bitter brother of Kukui who went down a different path with Lumanise as his hidden master. Lily and the enforcer kid are twins and she's either the older sister or mother. Obviously Skull will realize they're being used and turn against Aether, at which point Aether will have made their reveal and the good and evil teams will swap roles at that one moment.
