The numbers were exactly 79 after swampert used pain split. Which was the number of points Hariyama had after pain split.
The trailer from the Minior Pyukumuku was left at low HP, in the other we saw it go from 1 HP to full using pain split, which was all leads up to 100 Base. The EVs wouldn't even match up with the points if it had max investment. And we all know by now they use 0 IVs for all Pokemon shown.
