Literally everything is carried over, no real tweak than a quote on fucking quote "visual engine" tweak has been done. It's basically a small script that puts the trainer on the so called battlefield and that's it for actual engine changes.

The infrastructure in XY/ORAS is so solid, there would be no reason to change anything and from outside looks there are no changes.
