Day and Night evolutions aren't a surprising secret to begin with you retards. Eevee evolves during the day into Espeon and night into Umbreon, and there are plenty of other Pokemon that evolve at certain times of day. Mentioning the fact that the starters also have a secret in regards to Rockruffs secrets just shows that it has something to do with evolving at different times.
