I've gone and made this collage regarding Type Null's body part origins. I really believe there is increasing evidence for the theory behind Type Null's creation.

CoroCoro's issue next month is said to feature more about the mysterious Type Null; next month should also reveal the starters middle stages. Out of all the new Pokemon, why focus on Type Null specifically (besides the starters, Rockruff and the legendaries)?

The starters and Rockruff represent the 4 elements of sulfur, mercury, salt and lead, which are needed in alchemy for various transmutations. It is implied that the Aether foundation are most likely the true villains, and were the creators of Type Null by utilizing the starters and Rockruff to achieve their three main goals (wealth, immortality, all-knowing wisdom). But because they lack true Aether, they were left with a failed experimental creature, Type Null.


Keep in mind, this is all speculative and open for discussion.
