UB02 expansion. They both have the black spikes.

I think this dude and the tall blonde chick are twins and UB02 changes between the 2 cause their DNA are similar.

01 is obviously Lillie
02 both forms are Lusamine, probably fight the Expansion mode in one of the versions
Both are insects, only female mosquitoes suck blood, and they do so for their eggs(motherly tendency)
03 will have two forms for Gladion in the same way
