okay so we know a few things about sun and moon thus far

While you begin your initial quest to become the very best and catch the pokemon and become Island Kahuna (possibly), you get sidetracked by the thugs called Team Skull making a mess for the people who live on the islands. In steps the Aether Foundation aimed at 'protecting' and 'caring' for the pokemon of the Alola region, albeit by questionable means (possibly). Dexio and Sina KNEW about Zygarde and deliver onto you the Zygarde Mini Prison (TM) as UB are being reported to appear in the Alola region on news stations around the world, and they knew Zygarde cells would begin to form in Alola. Fast forward a tiny bit... Aether foundation admits they were the ones that accidentally 'summoned' UB to Earth while researching things they shouldn't (like splicing pokemon into Type: Null). From here it becomes a little hazy at what could happen, Lunala and Solgaleo could possibly be Island Guardians and that's it, while Zygarde forms to either contain or destroy the UB...
Who knows, I definitely associate Zygarde, Aether, and the UB into one class, while Skull, Island Trials, and Box legends into another. I do not doubt that there will be some type of intertwined plot happening in these games
