Which is fine, because of how few pure Rock types we have. A pure Rock type with decent speed would be unique.

It doesn't have any hands to do martial arts with. With the exception of the muskedeers (which are swordsmen who use their horns), Fighting-types are all bipeds, because you need to be bipedal to use martial arts techniques.

Yeah, I'm also hoping it's not too slow. Fast Rock-types are rare, it's like Archeops and Aerodactyl and that's it.

Kind of like the idea of Type: Null being some poor, transmutated poké-mess with the whole chimera/alchemy theme that SuMo has going on. Makes sense especially as the daytime evo has those rock spikes on its neck and Null has the Arceus style 4 spike things

Quick question: does Day doggo turn into Night doggo when it becomes night or are they separate evolutions, as in Rockruff turns into one depending on the ingame time?

As far as we know, once Rockruff evolves, it's stuck in that form. Even though having it shift at night into a werewolf would make a lot of sense...
