You're talking about some super-special anime guy with a sword, against a possessed floating sword.
Even if he can somehow actually hit Honedge or Doublade with his sword, what's going to happen? Honedge has more sheer bulk than his sword, which means he needs to somehow break or cut through a larger weapon with a smaller one. His rapier is going to snap before Honedge buckles, and all the while he's going to have to be avoiding getting stabbed or having his own blade broken. Make it a doublade or an aegislash and his odds get worse.
The question was also if any pokemon could beat him in a sword fight. Which clearly, this is at least a somewhat even matchup, or at least not a garunteed win for either side.
These power level discussions are always dumb, but when it's a simple question of if something could potentially beat him, the answer is yes.
