Rock priority is more useful on VGC since it fucks with so many flying mons.

Who knows? It looks slower than the other form, but I can't see it being too slow despite being a Rock type (although wishing for base 130 speed might be too much indeed).
You know what would make this gen the GOATEST gen instead? Pursuit varieties of other types, namely Rock, Ice and Steel
