What made Suicune so special that it got its own game and is always being pushed by Pokemon instead of Raikou or Entei?

I don't like that pokemon. I don't have any friends that do. I think it's the least popular of the three so they felt like they need to push it. I do like the whole "purifying water and one with nature", thing though.

I mean the Movie and Crystal, Japanese Crystal had a catchable Celebi event as well. Probably because the trio were extremely difficult to catch in GS so giving it it's own game would be a good way to make fans of the movie happy
