Chads don't generally play Pokémon IRL, so you'd have to look at the in-game Chads and what they use. In0game Chad is male Ace Trainer since the games are Japanese and the Japanese version Chad has smaller muscles and less abs because muscles are seen as gay in Japan.
Ace Trainers typically use stuff with high BST, usually stuff that is either 3rd stage or doesn't evolve at all, or just stuff with a lot of style.
Typical Ace Trainer pokemon are stuff like Lucario, Arcanine, Mamoswine, Kingdra, Staraptor, and Raichu. Sicne Chad is more than a typical Ace, Chad would probably get to have legends on his team too, like that Tobias shithead in the anime. Here's my idea of a quintessential Chad team...
Thundurus (Chad Thundercock)
Sylveon (Chicks love Sylveon, having one on your team will attract them in droves)
Machamp (Tough and good looking)
Palkia (With Spacial Rend, Rain dance, Hydro pump, and Thunder for extra thundercock action since it looks like a giant penis)
He gets to have 4 pokemon even though most in-game trainers only use 3. Don't like that he's playing with legends? Too bad, he's fucking Chad. He doesn't have to play by the rules.
