Literally makes no sense, I feel like it should be automatic that if a Pokemon evolves from a moon stone or a sun stone it learns Moonblast/Physical Moonblast like Moonburst or Solar Beam/Blade. Plus something like that like a more accurate could be auto-charged under the right conditions Play Rough could help a lot of physical fairies like Granbull or Slurpuff stand out more.
Plus kinda stupid given Musharna is kinda like a Hypno mixed with a Clefable so should be able to harness the power of the moon.
