In general you seem to like pokemon that seem like they'd be useful or that look fancy. There's a sort of split there.
Rotom, Hydregion, Rayquaza, Noivern, Lanturn Rotom, Chandelure, Giratina, Noctowl, and Lapras all look like they could fly you around or do something helpful.
Roserade, Lilligant, Bellosom, Cacturne, Empoleon, Masquerain, Scolipede, Serperior, Cofagarius, Chandelure, Armaldo, Malamar are all chosen based on appearance I think, probably because they look elegant in some way.
Overally I'd say your tendency is to choose pokemon that seem regal or that have a sort of air of authority about them. Also Jumpluff because it's the best. You probably chose Dedene, Jumpluff, Noibat and maybe Belossom because they're cheery and fun. What that says about you as a person? I dunno, you like to take things seriously most of the time, but when you're among friends you sort of tone it down and tend to be a bit of a cheerleader.
And then Skuntank is in there for reasons I don't understand.
