Which are the best shinies in each Gen? And specifically, which shinies look better than their originals?

Scolipede, Chinchou, Gengar, Liepard and the Tympole line are better than the originals.
The shinies from gen1 and gen2 are generally nothing special.

If a pokemon is blue or there shiny is Blue
There shinies are 10/10
Unless its kyogre and Lucario
