I distinctly recall that some Final Fantasy bosses could be one shotted. Off the top of my head all the Dark Aeons and other superbosses in X were susceptible to Yojimbo's OHKO move. Doesn't do any number of damage, just kills.

Yeah there's the occasional rare JRPG bosses vulnerable to OHKO. Though that's more of an exception to the rule thing, or a grave case of overlooking (The devs probably didn't intend for undead bosses to be oneshotted by phoenix down, for example).

That's a misnomer, every single enemy in X is vulnerable to Yojimbo's Zanmato, even ones that are explicitly immune to instant death. The only ones it doesn't oneshot are Sin, Yunalesca, and Braska's Final Aeon, because they have multiple phases so Zanmato just kills their current phase instead.
