Gamefreak could totally retcon MissingNo to be an Ultra Beast. That'd be kind of fucking awesome. An iconic glitch gets integrated into the main canon of the games.

I would love MissingNo to be an official pokemon, but I honestly don't think the 3DS could handle animating it's model, cause the way I picture it is a swirling glitch mosaic and I doubt the hardware could handle it without a serious drop in the graphics.
