But they got bios and can be battled. I guess you can catch them, but probably have a hidden bulit in type thats weak to nothing.

Might even have its own moves. We know they don't evolve and are not in the pokdex number wise, probably their own dex. They also don't have trainers telling them what to dp.

Even the PokeStar studio props had a type. Granted having a type doesn't lean them towards catchable or uncatchable status at all, but if you want to fight them they HAVE to have typings.
