Pretty fragile even with eviolite but it makes up for that with pretty good coverage in game with Flamethrower, Head Smash and Wild Charge. Because of the latter two moves, Blaze gets activated pretty easily. Will-O-Wisp has been great for my Tepig and has helped me pretty well against strong Dragons and various other pokes I'd have a hard time out muscling.
