>This is the second island, so it'll probably be in the 20-30 level range
>It has between 150-200 Sp.Atk
>It's raining
>It summons other Wishiwashi, like all Totem
>It'll get a stat boost, like all Totem
My idea:
>Get Good Rod right before it
>Route leading up to it is full of Dry Skin mons in the grass and Water Absorb in the water via Good Rod
>No attacks other than Water Type attacks and one Tackle or similar, like most pure-Water fish
