It's always going be Red, because he's the original protagonist and we always know that GF sucks the protagonist's dick. And since Red's the only protagonist that's also an NPC, and not only that, he's from Genwun, he's always gonna get pandered to.

Levels don't matter since that is purely based in the curve of the game.

It should be decided with in game feats, lore, and team composition including items and moves.

Because his team is full of shitmons, but there's a reason he gets the title of highest levelled trainer.

In-game levels is what decides what the best trainer is.

Of course that with Red's team full of shitmons, he'd lose in a competitive battle against a lot of others.

I remember fighting this fuckboy, though he had a cherrim somewhere. I'm 90% sure his Groudon's quick claw is programmed to always activate on the first turn or some shit. Pissed me off.
