I know their types haven't been revealed yet but it's very rare for a Pokemon to drop a type completely, and when it does happen it's almost always because it was a dual type. The only cases I can think of off the top of my head of my head are Azurril dropping normal for water, Skorupi dropping bug for dark, Gloom dropping poison for pure grass, and all the Eeveelutions.
