Twin-needle for example should be boosted to have 30 power.
We need more moves that have20-40 power but have bigger chance to activate effect.
There are few moves that would make more sense as multi hit moves -
Poison jab, Close combat, Ice shard (which should be merged with icicle spear at this point)
Personaly I would also make max accuracy for moves 95% and get rid of Double team TM.
