You can get a non official version of Pokemon bank(that is in my opinion MuCH BETTER than the original since you can check Iv's and the like). You'll have to homebrew your 3ds first.

For me it's 0$ a year and I can access it whenever I want AND be able to check important things such as IV's, EV's and all that other good stuff.
