>>28579307That scene is alright animation overall, but the spinning background is a major flaw in cinematography. It completely misconstrues simple motions, and makes the simple movement of running forward and jumping in Sylveons case way more difficult to take in that it needs to be.
The actual animated quality of the camera panning+jump is also only okay as the speed at which it moves around Serena is inconsistent,there's a big jump in the middle. The actual dance itself is fluid, but to be honest given the typical poor quality of animation the ashnime has, that small scene was likely outsourced. Whether that's a hit against it or not is up to you to decide, but I can tell you the ashnime's animation quality is nowhere near that on average, Generations, or
the preview for the Sun Moon ashnime. I'm not joking either.
