If it has shit SpDef, Gengar will probably just run Hex. Hex + Wisp isn't the best overall Gengar set but it'd wreck Jangmo-o's line if its statwise vulnerabilities permit it.

The reason Gengar is broken is because of Shadow Tag, which most of the time means you'll be forced to sack a mon because you can't switch it out. This Pokémon isn't going to fix that.

If you're talking about regular Gengar he's a non problem for anyone and fuck you for thinking he needs to be nerfed.
