>>28617478Regigigas's problem isn't even his ability, it's his movepool. If Slaking had Slow Start, he'd be OP because he has the moveset to stall it out. Slaking can heal with Slack Off, use his massive HP and high defense to make fat Substitutes and Bulk Up behind them, Encore, Yawn, or base 100 speed Taunts to screw over counter setups, and finally clean up with his nearly endless list of attacks.
The only thing that could make Regigigas better than barely usable would be Huge Power, and that's only because he has the bare minimum of what could be called a physical moveset + that stupid high base attack stat. No other ability in the game would let him beat, say, one of the starters. Did you know Regigigas can't even learn Rest? Seriously.
