Also, not only is this literally the first time Nintendo filed for a cartridge trademark for a home console game since the n64 days, but companies legally aren't allowed to file trademarks for 'literally everything' because you have to prove you're using/gonna use the trademark. Otherwise you'd get trademark trolls who could trademark random words and sue anyone who tries to use them. There are some companies who try that shit, like king with the word 'saga' or that cunt who trademarked the word 'edge' as it relates to gaming, but they're few and far between because the trademarking system isn't as broken as the patent system.
I swear, fucking morons just type anything without knowing what they're talking about.
