So whats with all the evangelion throw backs in sun and moon?

Is there gonna be a pure on pokemon and humanity?

Just think of the actual anime, ash could easily be a shinji. He basically already is.

Yes, because Evangelion invented the concept of weird looking monsters invading.

And since the UBs come through a warphole, there's still less similarities. The Angels are from Earth.

Yes and no, while the angels and lillin come from adam and lillith, adam and lillith were concealed within the black and white moons,so they came from the moon. Not in the way anon meant,but techinically they did.

This is actually a way better comparison than to the Angels.

Though if an important and seemingly normal character turns out to be an UB, it's the Triangulum instead of the Septentriones.
