>>28633282That's fine, you can save your save file then if you can manage to run homebrew on it. Since you can't access internet, Browserhax is out of the question, but what you can do is probably run Browserhax on your 2DS to install OoTHax or any of the other secondary *hax to a compatible cart, put the homebrew starter kit on your 3DS's SD card, then place the *hax cart in your 3DS and run the *hax off of it. Then you can just use SVDT to extract all your important saves to the SD and restore them over on your 2DS.
