Is anyone else worried that they won't be able to use certain Pokémon in their SuMo team because they're version exclusives?

It's always possible BUT you can trade with us to get version exclusives and if patterns hold (MUH PATTRRNS!) then we can probably breed sometime between the second and fourth gym.

So I guess I'm not worried about it.

Game Freak hasn't said much about version exclusives aside from the cover legendaries, and the most noticeable difference between the two games is the 12 hour difference in time. I almost believe that version exclusivity has been done away with, and the games just offer different sets of Pokemon between day and night.

Oh, yeah. All the time. I'm really hoping Hariyama is in the next games because I want to make a Sumo team just like you OP.

Fairly certain it was blue exclusive because I could never get it, though I have no real idea which mon was the red exclusive to mirror it.

At least with vulpix red got growlithe, which I like a whole lot more.

Can't trade from Gen X to GenX+1. Never have been, and never will be able to. You have to get Pokebank if you want to transfer 1st(VirtualConsole)/4th/5th/6th gen to S&M.

It was Ekans and Arbok. I remembers most version exclusives, Ninetales, Victreebell, Sandslash, Meowth, Magamar and Pinsir for Blue and Arcanine, Vileplume, Arbok, Primape, Electabuzz and Scyther for Red.

I looked up pokebank, Thanks for telling me about that, so long as my 3ds is able to access the eshop (I'm on 9.9 with homebrew) I'll probably do that. 5$ isn't bad when I got X for nothing.
