Then, being extremely happt thinking they were using the movie to kill ash and replace him in the series.

Yeah man.

In the beginning it looked like it was hopeless and Mewtwo was going to wreck Mew because he was goofing so much and being useless.

But then... out of nowhere a huge pink ball hits Mewtwo hard

And Mew returns (pic related) almost like he was saying "LUBE UP, MOTHERFUCKER!"

This movie had me thinking Mew and Mewtwo were on even footing for the longest time. Had no idea Mew just couldn't compare state wise.

Then they had to make it worse by giving Mewtwo two megas and Mew none. I know Mewtwo is more popular, but at least throw Mew some scraps.

As kids, me and my peers hated Ash's guts. Half the time when speaking about the show at school, we would talke about how cool the pokemon and characters where, the other half was spent bashing Ash and team rocket and being edgy kids about how we'd kill them for being trash.

Pretty much, that's why Mewtwo "blocks" the powers of the pokemon so the fight could be "fair", meanwhile Mew just wanted to get rid of mewtwo and the clones, he saw them as inferior, he was a total cunt, he didnt tried to kill all the clones or something like that, but he was pretty much a racial purity nutjob
